SAMIL VOLVOIKAR KICKS OFF TMC DOOR-TO-DOOR CAMPAIGN IN DIVAR
PANAJI: Trinamool Congress leader and Social Worker from Cumbharjua, Samil Volvoikar kicked off his door- to-door campaign after seeking blessings at Om Shree Shanktivinayak and Our lady of Piety Church in Divar island.
He said that party workers prayed for divine intervention for the welfare of the people of Cumbharjua constituency ahead of the Goa assembly elections early next year.
“I have begun my door to door campaign in Divar to garner support by making my first pit stop at a temple and church where we offered prayers. During the campaign we have been pointing out to the voters the failures of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led government and the previous Congress regimes in the state,” said Volvoikar.
