*FACE TO FACE WITH P. CHIDAMBARAM AND JAIRAM RAMESH

The Indian National Congress has organised an interaction with NGOs on 04 January 2022 at 10 am at Bodgeshwar Temple hall, Mapuca. Taking into account the issues that have been highlighted by cross section of the society ranging from Environment to Unemployment and health, women’s issues to law and order, the Goa Observer in Charge Shri P. Chidambaram had expressed his desire to interact with various NGOs, social organisations, concerned individuals, including taxi drivers association, etc. to understand first hand the issues affecting the people of Goa and finding a solution. He will be accompanied by Shri Jairam Ramesh, former Enviroment Minister.
During his extensive tours to constituencies across Goa, many people handed over memorandums as well as individual requests to Shr. P Chidambaram. Hence the Observer In Charge wanted to have an open and frank FACE TO FACE interaction with affected parties including organisations involved in taking up causes for the state of Goa and its people.
A large no. of NGOs and organisations have registered their names for participating in the face to face program. The party has promised that many issues raised by the participants will lead to making of the blue print for a new, safe, secure and environmentally friendly Goa.
