Mapusa MLA Joshua Dsouza expressed his confidence that he will emerge victorious in the upcoming assembely elections as the people of mapusa have reposed their faith in him for the kind of developement works which he has carried out during his tenure as the MLA
Joshua dsouza began his campaign by seeking the blessings of the deity of Lord bodgeshwar at the bodgeshwar temple mapusa whose zatra also commenced on Sunday supporting Joshua were former Siolim MLA Dayanand Mandrekar, former Porvorim MLA Jayesh Salgaonkar and a large number of BJP supporters
“we will try and cover most of the wards of mapusa and also maximum city of mapusa during the campaign by following all the COVID-19 SOP’s which have been laid down by the election commission of India” said D’souza
“I am confident that Mapusa MLA Joshua dsouza who has worked honestly for the party and has been a loyal party soldier will win with a thumping majority ” said Dayananad Mandrekar
the people have seen the performace of our government and the various works which we were able to initiate in the past 5 years and so I am confident that i will get more votes as compared to vote share in the previous by election” said dsouza
Porvorim MLA Rohan Khanute said that the entire municipal council is behind Joshua as he has worked as a loyal BJP MLA and had not switched parties like how it is happening in the current political scenario wherein some MLA’s have taken benefit of this party and have gone to the opposition party
