IMA Bardez organized a poster drawing and photography competition for children of different age groups in January 2022.
The objective of the competition was to celebrate ‘National Girl Child Day’ and raise awareness about the same.
The event was held online wherein students from schools across Goa as well as from neighbouring states presented self-made posters and photographs highlighting the need to stand with this cause.
For the poster drawing competition, the first prize was bagged by Miss Jivya Jeevan Narvekar , whereas Miss Vedashri Valimbe was the runners up.
In the photography competition, the first prize was won by Miss Pearl Lobo whereas Miss Darshana Raut was the runners up.
The theme of IMA Bardez for the year 2022 is “To care for tender and elder in age, Let us all engage.’ They would hence be organising various activities involving people of all age groups throughout this year.
