Lakdacho Udyog Bags first prize at the Mapusa carnival float parade

Mapusa: Lakdacho Udyog (Goa) won the first prize while Zuveacho Caju beacho karkhano won the second place and Goyenche Khajekar, Piggery Pig farm and Tarvoti (fishermen) won the third place and fourth place respectively in the traditional catergory of the Mapusa carnival float Parade.
The Tourism department in association with Mapusa Municipal Council had organised the carnival float parade in Mapusa which had received good response. floats in different categories namely family sponsored club institution clown/joker fun/junk and traditional were the attraction for the float parade
chief officer Sitaram Sawal in the presence of Vikas Kambli and Dyaneshwar Parsekar announced the winners in all groups and appealed to all winners to approach the municipality to take away the prizes . The consolation prize went to Let’s Unite for Greener Goa.
in the club group category Minions won the first place followed by Save the trees, Young Star boys, Covid Warriors, St Jerome boys and Farmers best friend. Consolation prizes were given to King Kong Kingdom, Grands Boys, Benaulim, Rhino, Aqua Scape and Lovely Boys of Tonca.
