Lions Club of Calangute and Leo Club of Calangute in Association with Metropolis Labs and Baga HighQ launched testing laboratory in Calangute.
The inauguration was done by Panch Members Saluzinho Fernandes in the presence of Calangute Lions Club President Lion Murtaza Mathernwala, Secretary and Baga HighQ Proprietor MJF Lion Raies Ahmed and others.
While Speaking to Press Proprietor Lion Raies Ahmed said that There was a demand from Locals to set up a Testing Laboratory in Calangute as there is No proper Testing lab and villagers had to travel far distance for Chek up. In This Laboratory we will do all tests like Cholesterol, Glucose, CBC and others and reports will be quick. Laboratory will be open Everyday from 8am- 2pm. We also have Home Service too, People can call us and our team will come and do Testing at your home.
President of Lions Club Murtaza Mathernwala said that We have set up the Lab, People should take advantage of it.
Panch Member Saluzinho Fernandes appreciated the initiative by Lions and Leo Club of Calangute.
Senior Citizen from Calangute Pio Souza Xavier said that, it’s a great help by setting up Testing laboratory in Calangute, we senior Citizens has to travel to Parra for doing our test.
Present on the occasion were Zone Chairperson MJF Lion Illyas Rajabali, Treasurer Lion Raymond Pereira, Lion Ahmed and Leo Club President Leo Sagar Lawande.
