Making the country strong is the first duty of Indians: Guruprasad Tandel
Vijay Diwas a Victory Day is the day when the Indian army defeated Pakistan with its bravery in the Kargil war. An Indian soldier who defeats the nefarious intentions of the enemy is the pride of our country. Guruprasad Tandel, a teacher in Keri asserted that the first duty of every Indian should be to make our country strong by remembering their bravery and sacrifice.
Kargil Victory Day was celebrated at Keri New English High School.
On this occasion, Chaitali Kubal, Tejal Talkar, Tanishka Salgaonkar, Saina Talkar gave important information about the bravery of Vikram Batra and his platoon.
Samriddhi Sawant, Gauri Marathe, Niyati Mathkar gave information about Kargil Day. While Saili Satle presented a timely poem.
