मी, युजेनिया रॉड्रिग्स यांनी याद्वारे आराबो, शिरगाळच्या विकासासाठी प्रभाग 7 साठी प्रभाग सदस्य म्हणून माझ्या पुढील 5 वर्षांच्या कार्यकाळातील माझ्या योजना पुढीलप्रमाणे मांडल्या आहेत
1. पूर्णतः CSR (कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक जबाबदारी) 24 तास आरोग्य केंद्र/क्लिनिक आरोबा शिरगाळ गावात ग्रामस्थांच्या हितासाठी प्रायोजित.
२. गावकऱ्यांच्या हितासाठी २४ तास गावात सुसज्ज रुग्णवाहिका तैनात.
3. सर्व 10वी आणि 12वी च्या विद्यार्थ्यांना त्यांचे योग्य करिअर मार्ग निवडण्यात मदत करणारे करिअर मार्गदर्शन आणि तज्ञांकडून करिअर समुपदेशन.
4. आरोबा शिरगाळच्या सर्व पदवीधर स्तरावरील विद्यार्थ्यांना किमान रु.3000 ची राज्यस्तरीय, राष्ट्रीय स्तर आणि क्लब स्तरावरील शिष्यवृत्ती.
5. पुढील 5 वर्षांसाठी आरोबा आणि शिरगाळ स्पोर्ट्स क्लबला सर्व आवश्यक क्रीडा उपकरणे मोफत प्रायोजित करेल.
6. उद्यमशील तरुण, बचत गट आणि महिलांना त्यांचा स्वतःचा व्यवसाय सुरू करण्यासाठी कर्ज/योजना मिळवण्यासाठी EDC आणि इतर सरकारी योजनांद्वारे मदत द्या.
7. प्रत्येक योग्य सरकारी योजना आणि समाजकल्याण योजना प्रत्येक घरापर्यंत पोहोचवण्यासाठी वैयक्तिकरित्या रस घेईल.
8. आरोबा आणि शिरगळ गावात एक समर्पित इनडोअर स्पोर्ट्स आणि एक सांस्कृतिक संगीत केंद्र स्थापित करेल
9. पद्धतशीर आणि कार्यक्षम काम वितरणाचा सत्कार करण्यासाठी समर्पित कर्मचार्‍यांसह वैयक्तिक कार्यालयाद्वारे तुमच्या सर्व गरजांसाठी वन स्टॉप सेंटर स्थापित करेल. .
10. बेरोजगारी कमी करण्यासाठी खाजगी क्षेत्रातील नोकऱ्यांमध्ये किमान 25 तरुणांना स्थान देण्यास मदत होईल
11. आर्थिकदृष्ट्या अपंग कुटुंबांना त्यांची उपजीविका टिकवून ठेवण्यासाठी त्यांचा स्वतःचा लहान व्यवसाय सुरू करण्यासाठी 100% मदत करेल.
12. लहान मुलांच्या आणि त्यांच्या पालकांच्या फायद्यासाठी CSR अनुदानीत प्ले पार्क क्षेत्र उभारेल.
13. रस्त्याची अत्यंत गरज असलेल्या गावातील विविध भागात रस्ता उपलब्ध होईल.

Manifesto

I, Eugenia Rodrigues hereby put forward my plans for the next 5 years of my tenure as the ward member for ward 7 for the development of Arabo Shirgal as follows

1. A fully CSR (corporate social responsibility) sponsored 24 hour health Center/Clinic in the village of Aroba Shirgal for the benefit of the villagers

2. A proper well equipped ambulance stationed in the village for 24 hours for the benefit of villagers.

3. Career guidance and career counseling by experts for all 10th &12th STD students helping them choose their right career path.

4. State level, National level and club level scholarships worth a minimum Rs.3000 to all graduate level students of Aroba Shirgal.

5. For the next 5 years will fully sponsor all necessary sports equipments free of cost to Arabo and Shirgal sports club.

6. Give assistance through Edc and other govt scheme to avail loans/schemes for enterprising youngsters, self help groups and women to set up their own businesses.

7. Will personally take interest to bring to every house each and every suitable govt schemes and social welfare schemes.

8. Will set-up a dedicated indoor sports and a cultural music centre in the village of Aroba and Shirgal

9. Will set-up a One Stop Centre for all your needs through a personal office with dedicated staff to felicitate systematic and efficient work disbursement.

10. To reduce unemployment will help place a minimum of 25 youths in private sector jobs

11. Will provide 100% assistance to economically challenged families to set up their own small scale business to sustain their livelihood.

12. Will set up a CSR funded play park area for the benefits of young kids and their parents.

13. Will get road access to various areas of the village which are in extreme need of a road.
