Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has appealed to the farming community to accelerate and promote organic farming in the state which could result in the best quality of agricultural produce that would boost the state’s economy.
chief minister was speaking after inugrating the the Grand opening of the organic hub located at Mapusa in the resence of minister for cooperation subash shirodkar, chairperson of the mapusa municipal councuil Shubhangi vaigankar, farmer head of Abhinavfarmers club Dyaneshwar Bodke, ajd co-founder of director two brothers organic farms satyajeet Hange.
this is an initiative of the new india multipurpose co-operative society limited. the new india Multipurpose co-operative society limited was established on 4th may 2014 at Mapusa Goa with an avowed objectives ranging from primary agriculture sector, health, education sector to financial services for diverse activities touching to the members and/ General public in every walk of life. the same was founded by later shri CD Gawde deputy registrar co-operative societies as the chief promoter and founder chairman of this institution
