The road passing near former chief minister late Dr Wilfred D’Souza’s house in Saligao is in pathetic state making it it difficult for commuters to travel daily on this road to go to Panaji.
This road has not been attended to for the past many months and is full of potholes commuters have complained that the suspensions of their vehicles can get ruined due to the pathetic condition of the road stretch
Recently, some locals had filled mud in two or three big potholes but they got washed off with the rains. the pathetic state of the road has also made it dangerous for two wheelers plying on this road.
“we as citizens pay a huge sum of money as road tax, while we purchase our vehicles and and it is therefore our right to have good roads i hope Local MLA and Panchayat instructs the PWD to repair the road at the earliest” said a local
