Chief minister was speaking at the inaugration of the renovated lokmanya bank at Mapusa present were Mapusa MLA Joshua Dsouza, chairperson Shubanghi vaigankar, chairperson of lokmanya bank Kiran thakur and others

The chief minister further said that the bank should make Goa swyampurna and create nav bharat. He further said that the bank should give loans to establish the business of food processing units and also to help the self help groups in establishing the market.
The chief minister further said that the government in association Goa bio diversity will set up two food processing units at Bali and Curchorem under the Goan brand.
