*JMFC, Udupi sentences one month imprisonment to 5 persons travelling without ticket*
On 12/10/2022 at 14:15 hrs a message was received from on duty TTE of Tr. No. 12620 that 05 persons were travelling without tickets and creating nuisance in train .
On duty RPF staff attended the train at UD Railway station and detrained 05 persons without ticket and were taken to RPF Office, Udupi.
At RPF office,they again created nuisance using bad words. Further the case was registered under RA act vide
Cr. No. 51/2022,52,53,54,55/2022 against all 5 accused and produced before JMFC /Court UD. Court sentenced Rs 1000/- fine for sec. 137 and 100 Rs. For 145 (b).
Accused plead guilty and failed to pay fine.
Hon’ble court sentenced punishment *one month Simple imprisonment and fine*(both) for all 5 accused.
