The 2nd All GOA GHUMAT AARTI COMPETITION organized by Adv.
Shashank S. Narvekar (Councilor, -Ward no. 5- Mapusa Municipal Council) was held on 29.10.2022 at Shri. Ram Hanuman Temple, Alto-Dhuler, Mapusa.
Adv. Shashank Narvekar has been promoting local artists, small businesses, home cooks etc. to boost Goan Culture.
A total number of ten groups competed in an effort to win the prize money of Rs. 6,000/- for 1st place, Rs. 4,000/- for 2nd place, Rs. 3,000/- for 3rd place among other prizes which included Best Singer and Best Musicians.
The competition was judged by renowned musicians/artists Mr. Gauresh Mayekar and Mr. Dhananjay Naik.

Best Kasale: Mr. Yesh Desai of Shree Siddhivinayak Lairai Aarti Mandal, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa
Best Shamel: Mr. Saiesh Kalangutkar of Shree Shantadurga Dadeshwar Aarti Mandal, Nerul, Bardez, Goa.
The inauguration of the Competition was done at the hands of Sou. Shubhangi Vaingankar (Chairperson, MMC) & Shri. Subhash G. Narvekar ( Ex-Chairperson, MMC) along with Adv. Shashank Narvekar, Dr. Nutan Bicholkar (Councilors, MMC) & Adv. Madhumita Narvekar (Ex-Councillor, MMC)
