The gram sabha was held wherein Sarpanch Sagar Naik along with panchayat secretary in presence of panchayat members.

During the meeting various committees were formed which included Village development, Garbage committee, Child development and others. One of the Gram sabha members, Shreya Mandrekar said that a ward committee of 12 members should be formed, which is compulsory. While few others opined that since the village is small so ward committee strengthening should be reduced to seven.

Another member said that near Ram temple vehicles are parked as a result schools bus and other vehicles are not able to travel smoothly and demand action against the vehicles parked along the roadside.

Some villagers raised concern over a temporary MRF shed which was setup near the panchayat and asked the panchayat to move it to acquired land. Sarpanch said that tendering process for MRF shed at acquired land was floated however no taker. We have decided to re-tender it.

concern was even raised about dumping of electrical waste by the electricity department and demand to clear it. Sarpanch assured to write to the electricity department.

Villagers again raised the issue of the non- collection of tax as the panchayat has got areas of around Rs 13 lakhs by panchayat and gram sabha member Prakash Raul suggested the panchayat to collect areas so that matching grants can be received from the government. He also asked as reassessment of taxes was not for last many years and the panchayat is facing loss.

During the meeting mother of temporary staff questioned the panchayat body over removal of her son from the panchayat without proper intimation. Sarpanch replied that the decision was taken by the previous body and he would conduct an inquiry into it. However some members were recording which was objected by panchayat members which led to chaos and subsequently meeting was adjourned
