He was speaking at the sidelines of the foundation stone laying ceremony for the work of commissioning of 11 KV armoured cable size 300 sq MM for the conversion of exisiting overhead feeder to underground cabeling under sub division three agarvada Pernem.

Besides Dhavlikar also present were siolim MLA Delilah lobo Chief electrical engineer stepehen fernandes executive engineer subash V parsekar , ZP siolim constituency Sanisha Toraskar and sarpanch of siolim panchayat sharmila Vernekar

This system mistake has taken place with just one consumer from Mandrem after a received a bill to a whopping cost of rs 57.36 lakh and it is a one-off incident that has happened in Goa

“We have immediately taken action and the New Fresh bill has been issued to the consumer said Power Minister Sudin Dhavalikar

Speaking further MLA of siolim constituency Delilah lobo said that it is a great day for the people of siolim as the work of underground cabeling has been taken up on priority

Electricity water and roads are the tree basic necessities which the people need and keeping this as as elected representatives it is our duty to see to it that these three basic necessities are provided to the people and thanked the Assistant engineer and junior engineers for taking up the works” said lobo
