DGP Jaspal Singh, IPS, while patrolling in Mapusa Jurisdiction on Christmas day apprehended a Bajaj Pulsar RS motorcycle bearing registration number GA 03 AD 7328, along with the rider who was riding the motorcycle with extra pillion rider without wearing a helmet and fancy number plate.

The said motorcycle along with the rider Mr. Ravi Lamani R/o Nagoa, Arpora Bardez Goa was further handed over to Mapusa Police Station and the rider Mr. Ravi Lamani R/o Nagoa, Arpora Bardez Goa was issued challan u/s 196, 3, 194 (C), 194 (D), 128, 129 r/w 181 and rule 125(2), 51 r/w 177 of Motor Vehicle Act.
