Calangute police arrest 12 members of two gangs and seize 41 branded mobile phones worth Rs. 30 lakh. according to the police the gangs were operating all over India and taking advantage of large gatherings commited theft of mobile phones.
police further said that the had come to Goa in view of the ongoing EDM festival and New Year celebrations in the coastal belt of North Goa district
