According to police, a rider proceeding from Guirim towards Parra direction rode his Motor Cycle bearing registration No. MH-12- HM 7609 carrying Male Pillion rider , in a rash and negligent manner, without ensuring proper care, caution , endangering human life and after reaching at Four Road Junction,Britto vaddo Parra , Bardez, Goa entered main Parra- Saligao road and dashed to Motor Cycle bearing registration No. GA-11-J-0515 which was proceeding on main Parra – Saligao driven by salgaonkar killing him on the spot.
The rider of the motorcycle suffered bodily injuries while undergoing treatment at District hospital, Mapusa. Also Male pillion rider of Motor Cycle bearing registration No. MH-12- HM-7609 received bodily injuries Further, accused rider after the accident fled away from the spot with his accident involved Motor Cycle bearing registration No. MH-12- HM-7609 without providing Medical attention to the Injured Male rider and without informing Police about the accident..Hence offence U/sec 279, 337, 304- A IPC, Sec 134 (a) (b) of M.V. Act stands Registered. Police have prepared FIR copies and submitted to JMFC, Mapusa and Superior officers, Wireless message flashed to all concern. Investigation is in progress
