Calangute police has strived to maintain a good rapport with the public by addressing their issues and dealing with several crimes in the constituency with an upper hand and this has brought accolades to the calangute police station making it one of the best police stations which is people friendly said PI Datta Guru Sawant
PI sawant celebrated his birthday on Wednesday at the calangute Police station present for his birthday celebrations were calangute MLA Michael lobo, sarpanch of Candolim Fermino fernandes and all the sarpanchas and Panch members.
“When I became the PI of this police station I tried to bring about several changes with the co-operation of all the other police officers and also I did not see any interference of the MLA in the police
I urge the people of calangute to feel free and approach the police station in case of any crimes and we will try and solve their problems at the earlies and I assure them of my full support and co-operation said ” PI Sawant
