Calangute Panchayat Sarpanch Joseph Sequeira was awarded Maximum tenure as Elected Member award at the  Ceremony organised by Directorate of Panchayats on National Panchayati Raj Day held at Chicalim Ground Mormugao

Besides calangute sarpanch also present were calangute secretary Arjun velip Panchayat minister Mauvin Godniho, North Goa ZP chairman Siddesh Naik, South Goa ZP Chairman Suvarna Tendulkar, Panchayat Principal Secretary and others also the Calangute Panchayat has bagged the award of the Collection of House Tax for 2022-2023
