The number alarming deaths due to road accidents in the state is a matter of grave concern as a number of youth are loosing their lives in road accidents said calangute MLA Michael lobo he said that he will write to chief minister about the increasing road accidents
Traffic police should not only stop the vehicles but also should keep check on the checkpoints for not wearing helmets and overspeeding. The traffic police should use technology of clicking pictures of traffic violators and sending challan at their home.
it is a matter of concern that the youth are dying in fatal accidents and the traffic cell municipallity and the panchayat and the government should check the signages and speed breakers and there should be an awareness about this on social media
speaking further lobo said that all the major district roads and all the dangerous spots should be checked and repaired inorder to avoid accidents in the near future
“I will raise this issue during meeting with the chief minister and all the MLA’s” said lobo
