Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts to organise a two-day ‘Buffet Style Desserts’ workshop

 

Panaji, June 2023- Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts, Goa’s only culinary B-school is organising a two-day workshop on preparation of ‘Buffet Style Desserts’ on June 6 and 7.

 

The workshop aims to provide participants with a unique opportunity to learn the craft from chef Eureka Araujo, a highly accomplished pastry chef with an impressive culinary background. Chef Araujo is renowned for her exceptional skills and was a bronze medalist at the World Pastry Queen Championship held in Italy and a gold medalist at Pastry Queen India 2017. She has also served as an Executive Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts India and now holds a position as Creative Director at Sivako.

 

The workshop will be an informative adventure, providing participants with the necessary skills to craft delectable buffet style desserts. It offers an opportunity to upskill the craft of pastry artists and delves further into the intricacies of dessert preparation for buffets. Throughout the workshop, participants will explore a range of exquisite dessert creations, covering a variety of techniques and flavours.
