Panaji, Oct 2023- Varun Bharadwaja is now the Director of Sales and Marketing at the St. Regis Goa Resort, leading its upscale operations post a phased upgrade.
Recognised for his strategic, adaptable leadership, Varun boasts a successful track record that includes managing pre-openings, overseeing Heads of State visits and boosting revenue and market share. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the 2018 pre-opening team for The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort, marking the Westin brand’s Indian Ocean debut.
“I am excited to have Varun join the leadership team, bringing with him a wealth of luxury resort market experience,” said Satish Kumar, General Manager of The St. Regis Goa Resort.
Varun’s career includes roles at Indian Hotels Co. Ltd, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Taj Coral Reef Resort & Spa in the Maldives and The Raffles Maldives Meradhoo.
