calangute police arrested two accused for rash and negligent driving
according to Calagute police on 31/10/2023 at about 12.0o hrs accused Mr. Lokesh Bansal S/o Ravi Kumar Bansal, Age- 28 yrs, R/o Shalimar Bagh, Delhi driver of Mahindra Thar
black colour bearing Reg No. GA-03-AH-5196 drove Mahindra Thar black
colour Jeep which was rented by him on vacation to Goa along with others in a
rash and negligent manner and in furtherance ventured on the sea shore of
Candolim Beach frequented by tourist and locals thereby endangering human
life.
In this connection Calangute PS Crime No. 131/2023 U/s 279, 336 IPC
stands registered and accused person placed under arrest.
