Mapuca Police arrest Maharashtra Native under POSCO act
SDPO Mapuca jivba Dalvi informed that One Vijay Suresh Jadhav age 19 years of Maharashtra arrested by Police for involving in outraging the modesty of Minor girl which had occurred on 15.11.2023 .
That on 15.11.2023 Mother of victim girl of , Bardez ,Goa N/o Uttar Pradesh lodged complaint that on 15.11.2023 at 12.15 hrs at Guirim , Bardez, Goa accused intentionally sexually harassed the Complainant’s Minor daughter , aged 14 years by watching her when she was in bathroom also accused Person was fostering to contact the Complainant’s Minor daughter .
Acting swiftly Mapusa Police Station registered FIR U/Sec 354 , 354-C, 354-D IPC , Sec 8(2) of Goa Children’s Act , Sec 12 of POCSO Act .
Further, staff of Mapusa Police Station after thorough human and technical surveillance successfully arrested accused.
Accused Vijay Suresh Jadhav , aged 19 years R/o Guirim , Bardez, Goa N/o Sangli , Maharashtra was arrested on 15.11.2023.
Team of staff LPSI Rupali Govekar , HC Sushant Chopdekar , PC Prakash Polekar , Akshay Patil and ROBOT -15 staff all of Mapusa Police Station successfully traced accused .
Further Investigation is in progress under Supervision of PI Vijay Rane , SDPO Jivba Dalvi and SP north Nidhin Valsan IPS.
