Hearing on the MRF shed at Ramtale adjourned by communidade administrators
The construction of the MRF (Material Recovery Facility) road to be built at Mapusa Ramtale will remain closed till the decision. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, the North Goa Communidade Administrator adjourned the hearing till January 4.
it may be recalled that the Aldona Panchayat survey no. 343/16 belonging to the communidade had taken up the the construction of MRF shed and the The villagers of Ramle and Sainagar and the Ramtaleshwar Devasthan Committee objected to this construction
At the hearing before the Comunidad administrators, we and our opposition presented our case. We informed the administrator about the pollution and side effects that will be caused to the temple and its pond due to this MRF shed. After listening to both sides, the order to stop the construction of the shed will remain in force till further decision by the administrators. informed – Adv. On the basis of the complaint, North Goa communidade administrator sagar Gawde had on 20th December 2023 directed the panchayat to immediately stop the construction of the shed and ordered to remain in his office on 2nd January.
The hearing was held in front of North Goa Communidade Administrator Sagar Gawde. The parties filed arguments and counter-claims.
The next hearing in this case will be held on January 4 at 4.45 pm and both the parties will have to file their affidavits.
