Phulrani Sanghatan will become strength and power of women professionals and protect them, fight for their rights: Manoj Parab.

“Phulrani” organization was established by RG Party on 19th December for the empowerment of women entrepreneurs in Goa. Yesterday, on the occasion of Women’s Day, 7th March, registration of women professionals in Mapusa market was started in Phulrani Association. During the event, he also said that the registration activity will be started in the evening in the Margaon market with the presence of MLA Viresh Borkar and RGP’s South Goa Lok Sabha candidate Robert Perera. At this time R.G. Chief and North Goa Lok Sabha candidate Manoj Parab, R.G.P. Women wing members, spokespersons Ajay Kholkar, Gauresh Mandrekar, other office bearers and members were present.

Today all over the state, the business of local govekar traders, vendors has been adversely affected due to immigration. Big markets in the state have been usurped by these foreign businessmen. The influx of migrants has threatened the livelihood of our local vendors. Migrant vendors are increasingly threatening and abusing local vendors. Local women professionals do not get any protection or support from the administration in this regard. But now, Manoj Parab said that he will join all these Gomantic professional women who are doing business in the markets of every part of Goa in the Phulrani organization, will fully protect them, become their strength and power and stand firmly with them.

The BJP government in the state is anti-Goan , and today this government has failed to protect the same govekar women who managed the markets and maintained the existence of the markets in the state. Manoj Parab also said that this double engine government has completely failed to provide them with facilities to sell in the market, and at the same time to protect them from injustice and oppression by foreigners.

This is a collective initiative taken by the Revolutionary Goans Party to protect the rights and livelihood of the local women vendors in Goa. This organization will be working to protect the livelihood of the locals, to solve the problems they face while doing business, and also to free them from the constant oppression by the foreign vendors, to give them a voice.

RG also said that it will be dedicated to ensure the prosperity of local women engaged in fish selling, fruit selling, flower selling, clothing, food, grocery business and in Goa’s markets, roadsides and various places. Party chief Manoj Parab said.
