Shaheed Diwas commemorated at Mapusa
Mapusa: Rich floral tributes were paid to Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar and Shivram Rajguru at the martyrs memorial at Mapusa on Saturday as part of Shaheed Diwas

Shaheed Diwas recognized as Martyrs’ Day, pays tribute to the bravery and dedication of individuals who laid down their lives for the nation. It commemorates the sacrifice of freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru, and Sukhdev Thapar, who were hanged by the British colonial rulers of India on this day in 1931.
