besides chief minister also present were MLA Shri Premendra Vishnu Shet . the festival has been Organized by the Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and the Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, in collaboration with the International We Care Film Festival of India and the Parvaaz International Film Festival, this festival stands as a beacon of inclusivity and awareness.
