HON. MINISTER SHRI GOVIND GAUDE INAUGURATES ASSAGAO SPORTS COMPLEX
Mapusa, Goa, September 21, 2024 – Hon. Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs, Govt. of Goa, Shri Govind Gaude, inaugurated the Assagao Sports Complex today, marking a significant milestone in promoting sports infrastructure in Goa.
Present at the event were officials of Sports and Youth Affairs (SAG), Sarpanch of VP Assagao Shri Hanumant Naik, Panch Members, the Communidade of Assagao, and local residents.
The inauguration was followed by an exciting match between Assagao Warriors and Delta Force, with Delta Force emerging victorious with a 2-1 score.
“This sports complex will provide a platform for young talent to flourish,” Shri Gaude said, emphasizing the government’s commitment to promoting sports in Goa.
