Goa Government Signs MOU with Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology
Panaji: In a significant development, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Government of Goa and the Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology (CSTT), New Delhi, under the Ministry of Education ¹. The signing ceremony took place at Mantralay, Porvorim, marking a major milestone in the state’s efforts to promote scientific and technical advancements.
The occasion was graced by several prominent officials, including Director of Official Language, Shri. Prashant P. Shirodkar, Deputy Director, Shri. Anil H Sawant, Chairperson of CSTT, Prof Girish Nath Jha, Assistant Directors from CSTT, Mercy Hmar, Dr Ashok Selwatkar and Shri Shalandra Singh and others
This MOU aims to foster collaboration between the Government of Goa and CSTT, paving the way for significant advancements in scientific and technical terminology. The partnership is expected to facilitate knowledge sharing, research, and development, ultimately contributing to Goa’s growth and development.
