ANIMAL RAHAT CELEBRATES DIWALI WITH RESCUED ANIMALS
Sangli, Maharashtra – November 1, 2024 In a heartwarming display of compassion, Animal Rahat, a prominent animal protection NGO, celebrated Diwali with rescued animals at its sanctuaries across India.
The animals at Animal Rahat’s sanctuaries have been rescued from dire circumstances, including circuses, laboratories, and brutal working conditions. “Our priority is the safety, comfort, and happiness of these rescued animals,” said Dr. Naresh Chandra Upreti, Chief Operating Officer, Animal Rahat.
As Diwali celebrations continue, Animal Rahat urges revelers to consider the welfare of animals. “Loud fireworks terrify animals, causing harm and displacement. We encourage the use of quiet sparklers or diyas instead,” added Dr. Upreti.
