Calangute Association organised Deep Utsav 2024.
The Calangute Association, in collaboration with JCI Calangute and Lions Club Calangute organised Deep Utsav 2024, a grand festival of lights recently at Calangute.
The Event included various Competitions such as Fugdi, jodi dance,rangoli, akashkandil , Fancy Dress, Mehandi, Sweet Dish Making along with Entertainment program.
Chief Guest for the prize distribution ceremony was Calangute Sarpanch Joseph Sequeira.
The main Objective of the this event was to Promote community bonding and social harmony and also to Showcase Calangute’s cultural richness and heritage & to Support local businesses and artisans and Create a festive atmosphere” said Calangute Association President PadmaKumar Nair.
