DATE 3rd November ALDONA, GOA – The Office of the Assistant Directorate of Transport, Bicholim, in collaboration with The Office of the Directorate of Transport, Goa, recently organized Rangoli and Drawing competitions at Shri Sai Bakti Mandir, Aldona.
