FORMER INDIAN HIGH COMMISSIONER DR. T.C.A. RAGHAVAN HONORED AT 18TH EXPOSITION OF SACRED RELICS OF ST. FRANCIS XAVIER

Dr. T.C.A. Raghavan, former Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan and Singapore, and acclaimed author of “Attendant Lords”, “The People Next Door”, and “History Men”, visited the 18th Exposition of Sacred Relics of St. Francis Xavier in Old Goa. The exposition, which commenced on November 21, 2024, and will continue until January 5, 2025, is a once-in-a-decade event that attracts devotees and tourists from across the country ¹.

During his visit, Dr. Raghavan was honored with a memento presented by Dy. Collector, Shri Vinayak Chari, on behalf of the Government of Goa. The gesture was a testament to the state government’s appreciation for Dr. Raghavan’s distinguished service to the nation and his contributions to literature.
