Portugal’s Minister of State Calls on Goa Governor”
H.E. Mr. Paulo Rangel, Portugal’s Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, paid a courtesy visit to Shri PS Sreedharan Pillai, the Governor of Goa, at Raj Bhavan, Dona Paula. Accompanying Rangel were Secretary (Protocol) Shri Sanjit Rodrigues, IAS, and other members of the Portugal delegation ¹.
