Goa Pradesh Congress Committee members’ march to Raj Bhavan foiled by police
Panaji: A strong police contingent thwarted the Goa Pradesh Congress Committee’s march to Raj Bhavan on Wednesday. The police detained several members, including Opposition leader Uri Alemao, state Congress president Amit Patkar, vice president Sunil Kawthanker, and others.
The march was organized to protest the recent indictment of Gautam Adani and his associates by the US Department of Justice, which exposed alleged corruption, fraud, and deceit.
