NGO Volunteers Spread Love and Joy at Sneh Senior Citizen Home on Valentine’s Day
Pernem, Goa – February 14, 2025, will be etched in the memories of the residents of Sneh Senior Citizen Home in Pernem, thanks to a heartwarming Valentine’s Day celebration organized by a group of volunteers from a local NGO.
The volunteers visited the senior citizen home, armed with groceries, balloons, and a delicious cake, to spend quality time with the elders and make their Valentine’s Day special.
The celebration began with a cake-cutting ceremony, which was followed by a lively interaction between the volunteers and the residents. The volunteers also distributed groceries and balloons, bringing smiles to the faces of the elders.
“It was a wonderful experience,” said one of the volunteers. “We wanted to show the elders that they are not forgotten and that they are loved and appreciated. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to spend time with them and make their Valentine’s Day special.”Said Priya rathod
The residents of Sneh Senior Citizen Home were deeply touched by the kindness and generosity of the volunteers. “We are grateful to the volunteers for their love and care,” said one of the residents. “It’s not often that we get to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and this year’s celebration was truly special.”
