Saligao Block Mahila Congress Holds Successful Meeting
The Saligao Block Mahila Congress held a meeting on March 12 in the presence of Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) Vice President Tulio Dsouza, GPCC North District President Virendra Shirodkar, Saligao PCC Block President Atul Naik, Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress (GPMC) President Dr. Pratiksha Khalap, former GPMC President Beena Naik, GPMC State General Secretary Liberata Madeira, and GPMC Saligao Block President Ishika Walke.
The Saligao Block warmly welcomed the newly appointed Mahila Congress President, Dr. Pratiksha Khalap. During the meeting, leaders discussed various issues and concerns affecting women, along with possible solutions.
The event was a resounding success, marked by active interaction among all participants. Dr. Pratiksha Khalap commended the efforts of the Mahila Congress and recognized the contributions of members by awarding certificates based on their performance in the ongoing membership drive.
The Mahila Congress launched its membership drive in September 2024, and it will continue through 2025 to further strengthen the organization.
