JOKER & WITCH AIMS TO BECOME ₹500 CRORE BRAND IN 5 YEARS
Mumbai, March 15: Accessories label Joker & Witch has set ambitious targets to become a ₹500 crore brand within the next four to five years. The company expects to report an annual recurring revenue of ₹150 crore in the fiscal year 2025.
According to co-founders Satish Singh and Maya Varma, the brand plans to expand its product offerings and widen its brick-and-mortar network to drive growth. “We will focus on opening stores in metro and Tier 1 cities, with 70-80% of our stores located in these areas,” they told ET Retail.
Joker & Witch plans to open company-owned and operated stores initially, with franchising opportunities to be evaluated as the brand scales. The upcoming stores will measure between 200-400 square feet and will retail modern, trend-driven fashion jewelry and accessories.
The company aims to make each store profitable from the first month of operations, in terms of earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization.
Singh and Varma added, “Our location strategy will be aligned with our direct-to-customer geographical distribution. We will focus on Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, with plans to raise funds for capex purposes to expand our offline presence further.”
With its aggressive expansion plans, Joker & Witch is poised to become a leading player in the accessories market.
