“50 Years of Vision, Innovation, and Excellence: EDC Limited’s Golden Jubilee”
Panaji, Goa – EDC Limited marked its 50th anniversary with a grand cultural program at Panaji, attended by distinguished guests and stakeholders. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant felicitated past chairmen of EDC, along with Shri. Arvind Mauzo, the corporation’s first employee ¹.
The event brought together past and present employees, board members, chairmen, and other stakeholders. Former chairmen, including Shri. Sadanand Shet Tanavade, Shri. Krishna Kuttikar, and Shri. Siddharth Kunkolienkar, were honored during the ceremony. The current Board of Directors, comprising Shri. Mark Mendes, CA. Jairam Kholkar, and Adv. Deepak Tilve, also attended the event.
This milestone celebration coincided with the 1st anniversary of the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) Goa Centre. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant emphasized Goa’s vision to become a leading entrepreneurship hub, highlighting the success of initiatives like the Chief Minister Rozgar Yojana (CMRY) scheme ².
