Faldessai asks new Cumbharjua mandal to work tirelessly for BJP
PANAJI: Cumbarjua MLA Rajesh Faldessai on Thursday congratulated the new members of the newly constituted BJP Mandal Committee for the Cumbarjua Constituency and asked them to work tirelessly without rest just like the Prime Minister.
“Each has to work without rest for the Prime Minister’s dream of Viksit Bharat by 2047. It is the Prime Minister’s dream. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi doesn’t take rest and works continuously and neither should you. Even the CM doesn’t take rest I think and continues to attend meetings after meetings,” Faldessai said.
“We are the backbone of the party and if the party is to achieve its objectives, We can’t afford to be neutral. Now there are going to be ZP elections. We know how strong the party is. We should work for 27 in 27. We have to work together without any rest,” Faldesssai said.
Yogesh Pilgaonkar has been appointed as Mandal Adhyaksha while the committee includes Sapna Bhomkar, Prasad Pednekar, Shubhada Kundaikar as Vice Presidents; Ganesh Naik and Nandakumar Shet as General Secretaries; Rupesh Homkandi, Sachin Gaude, Vasudha Tari as Secretaries; and Sujay Dicholkar as Treasurer. The announcement was made in the presence of Cumbarjua MLA Rajesh Faldessai, Prabhari Girish Uskaikar.
The whole mandal consists of a total of 31 members.
Faldessai also congratulated the Chief Minister for completing six years in office to earn himself the title as the longest serving chief minister of the state.
The mandal will also call on Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, State President Damu naik and others.
