IPSCDL Submits Affidavit to Bombay High Court of Goa on Smart Cities
Panaji, April 2, 2025: Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited (IPSCDL) submitted an affidavit to the Bombay High Court of Goa today, detailing the progress of various infrastructure projects under the Smart Cities Mission and AMRUT 1.0.
The affidavit provided a detailed report on the status of completed works as of March 31, 2025, and upcoming projects slated for completion by May 31, 2025, and June 30, 2025. This submission serves as a compliance report to the affidavit filed on January 27, 2025.
The High Court accepted the affidavit, which also requested additional time to complete the 200-meter stretch from Taad Maad to the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), where sewerage work is ongoing. The affidavit explained the project delay, referencing specific annexures for judicial review.
A senior IPSCDL spokesperson stated, “We acknowledge the High Court’s observations and views. We will work tirelessly to complete the remaining projects by the deadlines of May 31, 2025, and June 30, 2025.”
