Panaji: On the solemn occasion of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s death anniversary, Chief Secretary Dr. V. Candavelou, IAS, led a powerful gesture of unity against terrorism. At the Secretariat in Porvorim, Dr. Candavelou administered the National Anti-Terrorism Day pledge to a gathering of senior officials, including Secretaries, Additional Secretaries, Joint Secretaries, Under Secretaries, and staff members.
