Kilowott Advances Strategic Partnerships at India-Norway Business Summit and BNI Norway National Meet
~ Kilowott joins high-level discussions on digital transformations, trade facilitation and sectoral collaboration at a recent Indo-Norway biz meet.
May 2025 – Amidst growing momentum to strengthen India-Norway trade and to foster cross-border collaboration, Kilowott joined the Norway India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) at the Stavanger Chamber’s Business Event 2025 and the BNI Norway National Conference 2025 cruise to explore new opportunities for partnership and knowledge exchange.
Held in collaboration with the Indian Embassy, Stavanger Chamber’s Business Event 2025, provided a strategic platform for Kilowott, as well as a host of other Indian businesses, to pursue business and trade opportunities in Norway and the European region.
With a presence across three continents, Kilowott, a multi-award winning Porvorim-based technology company that specialises in creating tailored digital solutions for businesses, was among the featured participants at the event, contributing to conversations around innovation, sectoral collaboration and partnership opportunities.
The event, held in the city of Stavanger, considered the energy capital of Norway, focused on strengthening India-Norway business ties, exploring the trade benefits of the EFTA-TEPA (European Free Trade Association – Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement) agreement and fostering cross-border collaborations that can drive mutual economic growth.
The Indo-Norway trade event was held a month after Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal’s meeting with Norway’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Espen Barth Eide, in Delhi, where the former called for enhancing trade relations between India and Norway and setting an ambitious target for increasing bilateral trade tenfold over the next decade.
Kilowott’s participation highlights its strategic positioning as a key player in bridging Indian technological expertise with global market needs. “Headquartered in Porvorim with a strong presence across the Nordic region, businesses like Kilowott play a pivotal role in connecting Indian innovation with the dynamic demands of the Scandinavian market, making events like these key to strengthening that connection,” said Judah Fernandez, co-founder of Kilowott. “Our core expertise in digital transformation aligns closely with Norway’s strengths in IT, a sector that is increasingly in need of digital acceleration.”
Following the business-focused discussions at Stavanger, Kilowott also participated in the BNI Norway National Conference 2025. Representing Kilowott, Judah Fernandez joined over 140 BNI members from 26 chapters across six regions in an engaging experience centered around business networking, shared learnings and collaborations.
