Rotary Club of Mapusa Elite Installs New Board for 2025-26
The Rotary Club of Mapusa Elite held its installation ceremony for the 2025-26 Rotary year on July 5 at Anantya Banquet Hall in Mapusa. The event saw the installation of a new board of directors, led by President Rtn. Viraaj Gaonkar and Secretary Rtn. Prof. Vithoba Mhalkar.
The newly installed board includes Rtn. Viraaj Gaonkar as President, Rtn. Prof. Vithoba Mhalkar as Secretary, Rtn. Sachin Vengurlekar as Vice President, Rtn. Vanita Malpekar as President Elect, Rtn. Nandakishor Arolkar as IPP, Rtn. Uday Redkar as Treasurer, Rtn. Ashish Duble as Director Club Service, Rtn. Prakash Pilankar as Director Community Service, Rtn. Naadia Khan as Director Vocational Service, Rtn. Siddhesh Jirge as Director International Service, Rtn. Salim Isani as Director Youth Service, Rtn. Kiran Matondkar as Joint Secretary, Rtn. Bhanu Naik as Joint Treasurer, and Rtn. Jatin Mandal as Sargent at Arms.
The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest and Installing Officer Rtn. Subhash Sajane, District Secretary of RI District 3170, and Guest of Honour Assistant Governor Rtn. Ramesh Tiwari. During the event, Rtn. Salim Isani, Rtn. Nandakishor Arolkar, and Rtn. Sachin Vengurlekar were felicitated by the Chief Guest.
The club also inducted six new members, strengthening its commitment to community service and fellowship. The installation ceremony was well-attended by Rotarians, Anns, Annettes, Rotaractors, and guests, marking a promising start to the new Rotary year
