Workshops at MOG: Art, Imagination & Nature for All Ages
Panaji, August 2025: This August, the Museum of Goa (MOG), Pilerne is hosting a series of creative workshops for both children and adults, designed to spark curiosity, encourage hands-on exploration and celebrate artistic expression.
On Saturday, August 16, children can join Where Does This Door Go?!, a pop-up book-making session in collaboration with Bookworm and the Children’s Art Studio, where children will create imaginative doors into fantastical worlds using stories and art. The same day also features Conch Notes, a musical workshop with Divesh Gadekar where they’ll learn to play the conch and explore its deep, resonant sound.
For adults, The Glass Garden on Sunday, August 24, offers a calming, hands-on experience in terrarium-making with Ketan Sheldarkar. Participants will learn to build their own miniature gardens (or terrariums) using soil, moss and plants in a guided session perfect for beginners and nature lovers alike.
