Ten Expert Speakers to Light Up Stage with Groundbreaking Ideas, Concepts at TEDxPanaji 2025

Panaji, September 2025: A marine biologist, an advocate for girls’ rights, Goa’s very own nightingale, an aesthetic gynaecologist and a 12-year-old diabetes advocate! These are among the roster of 10 diverse and notable speakers at TEDxPanaji 2025, which will be held on September 20 (Saturday) at the Kala Academy, Panaji, at 2pm.
TEDxPanaji 2025 returns with the theme “It’s About Time!”, spotlighting voices that urge us to act before it’s too late. The line-up features Dr. Ravidas Krishna Naik, scientist and explorer of Antarctica; Summaiya Afreen, changemaker challenging the “good girl” script; Sonia Shirsat, award-winning Goan singer sharing songs of heritage; Dr. Parul Saoji, infertility specialist addressing women’s health with bold honesty; and the youngest voice on the TEDxPanaji 2025 stage, Samaira Pansari, a 12-year-old advocate speaking her diabetic truth.
This year’s event, supported by the Government of Goa, brings together speakers from different walks of life, from science and education to art and social change. Each speaker will elaborate on their groundbreaking ideas and concepts over their allotted time.
