The new Executive Committee of IMA Bardez for the current year 2022 was installed on the 30th of January 2022 at 11am. It was a Hybrid meeting attended by 20 members at Hotel Green Park, Mapusa, and over 90 members via the online zoom platform.
The new Executive Committee consists of the Hon President Dr Vishwaraj Mhalshekar, Hon Secretary Dr Lloyd Desouza and the Hon Treasurer Dr Diksha Phadke.
A handover was done by the outgoing executive committee consisting of Dr Sophia Rodrigues (ex Hon President 2021), Dr Poonam Sambhaji (Ex Hon Secretary 2021) and Dr Priyanka Sahasrabhojanee (Ex Hon Treasurer 2021).
The Hon President, Dr Vishwaraj Mhalshekar announced the theme of IMA Bardez for the current year.
‘To care for tender and elder in age, Let us all engage’.
The Hon Secretary Dr Lloyd Desouza announced that as per our theme, various interactive sessions and activities with people of different age groups will be organised during the upcoming months.
The Hon Treasurer Dr Diksha Phadke presented a memento to the outgoing executive committee members.
The meeting concluded with a CME by Dr P Rataboli on Generics and look alike /sound alike drugs.
