According to Mapusa police inspector Tushar Lotlikar a raid was conducted from 19.45 hrs to 22.30 hrs near youth hostel peddem bardez and the suspect was caught red handed with the narcotic substance near youth hostel . in this connection mapusa police have registered a case under section 20b(ii) of NDPS act
